  U.S. President-elect Joe Biden's transition process, which has been stalled due to President Donald Trump's dissatisfaction and the delay in the process at the Federal Office, has barely started. President Trump tweeted on the 23rd (local time) that "For the best interests of the nation, I advised GSA Commissioner Emily Murphy and his team to do what they had to do about the initial protocol, and told my team to do the same." According to CNN and the media outlet The Hill, Murphy sent a letter to Biden on the same day to the effect that he could use federal resources to hand over the presidency.
