Gettysburg Address is a speech that Abraham Lincoln gave in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, USA on November 19, 1863, during the Civil War. The speech was made four months after the Battle of Gettysburg at the dedication of a national cemetery for the then-dead soldier, one of the most cited and one of the greatest in American history.


Lincoln said, "and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth."

After that, the United States became a symbol of democracy envied by all countries.

And 157 years later, the Republican Party had a president who denied the U.S. presidential election.
